Rosarito street in the nineteenth century was an innkeeper renowned Rosario Vazquez of Sores, daughter of Sargento Llagas and known for Seña Rosarito.
Such was the fame of its cuisine islandwide, many organized trips from afar to spend the day at the port and try the famous seafood soup mesonera. Seña Rosarito became a popular character and named the street where the inn was.
During the nineteenth century, the street Rosarito, housed shipyards, workshops and blacksmiths. Today it is a small street full of history, we have the honor of being neighbors.
